Abstract: Dystonia as cause of pharyngo-laryngeal motility disorders has not been adequately considered in most clinical ENT practices. This case study of a patient with spasmodic torticollis, Meige's syndrome and pharyngo-laryngeal motility disorder was found to be due to dystonia as the underlying cause.
