Title: Sturge-Weber syndrome in pregnancy. Author: Dolkart LA, Bhat M. Journal: Am J Obstet Gynecol; 1995 Sep; 173(3 Pt 1):969-71. PubMed ID: 7573285. Abstract: Sturge-Weber syndrome is a rare disease involving a port-wine facial nevus and an associated intracranial venous malformation. We present a case of Sturge-Weber syndrome diagnosed in the early postpartum period and document the possible deleterious effects of gestation on the neurologic symptoms and ultimate prognosis.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
