Abstract: To date, 29 patients with Gardner's syndrome have been identified who developed carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater, and many others have been identified with mesenteric fibromatosis (desmoid tumor), but there have been only four cases of Gardner's syndrome with both ampullary carcinoma and mesenteric fibromatosis reported in the world literature.
