Title: [Use of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive jaundice]. Author: Nesterenko OL. Journal: Klin Khir (1962); 1994; (11):57-9. PubMed ID: 7658665. Abstract: The results of treatment of 116 patients with diseases of hepato-pancreatoduodenal zone organs, complicated by obstructive jaundice, are adduced. In 63 patients the laparoscopy was applied, in 39--an external drainage of the biliferous ducts with the help of laparoscopic cholecystostomy or cholangiostomy and the direct radiopaque investigation of biliferous system. After the liver function indexes normalization and the jaundice liquidation an operative intervention using laparotomy was done. Lethality was 1,72%.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
