    Abstract:
    Three cases with biliary fistulae through cystic duct after laparoscopic cholecystectomy are reported. The patients were discharged during the first post-op day without any clinical problem. Until the first postoperative week, pain and fever were present. In every cases transendoscopic cholangiography were performed. The cannulation of the papilla was very difficult. We did not found any biliary structure or biliary duct lithiasis. The cases were treated by endoscopic techniques and/or minimal invasive procedures. An increased pressure of the biliary system may contribute to biliary fistulae. This can be secondary to Oddi's sphincter disfunction, and/or the use of metallic clip in adverse conditions. The opportune diagnosis and treatment prevent major complications. The initial endoscopic management is adequate to diagnose and solve this complication. The minimal invasive surgery is a good alternative to solve those cases that need additional treatment.
