    Abstract:
    A prospective clinico-epidemiological trial entered 13000 children and 1432 ulcer pediatric patients. The data were obtained on the disease prevalence, structure and risk factors. Childhood ulcer is shown to affect more children, to occur at younger age, to become more serious. Differentiation was carried out of clinico-paraclinical manifestations of ulcer depending on ulcer location. Individual approaches are promoted to treatment of patients in outpatient, inpatient and sanatorium settings.
