METHODS: We present a case of multiple, bilateral renal angiomyolipoma in a patient with tuberous sclerosis, who was treated by conservative surgery. RESULTS: The patient is clinically asymptomatic one year after surgery and both kidneys are functioning correctly as shown by pyelography.
