Title: Vertebrobasilar insufficiency and stroke. Author: Baloh RW. Journal: Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg; 1995 Jan; 112(1):114-7. PubMed ID: 7816444. Isolated cerebellar infarction can mimic peripheral vestibular disorders because vertigo and imbalance are the main symptoms with both disorders. Modern neuroimaging techniques have markedly improved diagnostic capabilities.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
