Abstract: Case report of a 12 years old female child who developed in the last seven months focal neurological signs and progressive intracranial hypertension. CT scan showed a giant cystic tumor, and cerebral hydatidosis has been diagnosed. The hydatic cyst was surgically removed without complications.
