    Abstract:
    The long lasting (5-8 years) clinical observations of 496 patients suffering from manic-depressive psychoses had allowed the authors to distinguish some factors which influence (in a positive and negative way) the clinical features and therapeutic effectiveness as well as to follow the origin of psychoses. The attached specification of these factors is not complete, further tests and investigations are needed.
