Abstract: We conducted a clinical, radiological and urodynamic study in 70 patients submitted to different urethropexy techniques (Kelly, Raz, Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz, Burch, simplified Ramírez) to determine the importance of the bladder neck in the treatment of urinary incontinence. However, the opening of the bladder neck posturethropexy did not influence urinary continence.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
