Title: Mandibular lengthening by distraction for airway obstruction in Treacher-Collins syndrome. Author: Moore MH, Guzman-Stein G, Proudman TW, Abbott AH, Netherway DJ, David DJ. Journal: J Craniofac Surg; 1994 Feb; 5(1):22-5. PubMed ID: 8031974.
