Conservative treatment was effective in 10 patients. Operated on were 35 patients. With the aim of correction of obturative function of the pylorus, the selective pyloric vagotomy alone and in combination with formation of a valve by means of immersion of the anterior semicircle of the pylorus by U-like sutures with a capron thread was performed. In control fibrogastroscopy at the period of up to 3 years after the operation, in all the patients a closure of the pylorus was noted, duodenogastral reflux was absent.
