  • Title: [Effects of microclimate, hardness of work and heat resistance on the allowable duration of human work].
    Author: Zhuchenko IP.
Journal: Med Tr Prom Ekol; 1993; (3-4):17-8. PubMed ID: 8061979.
    Abstract:
Studies revealed the influence of microclimate and ergogenic parameters on allowable duration of work in humans with different levels of heat resistance. Regression equations are calculated so as to forecast the allowable duration of work in high, medium and low heat resistant humans. The allowable duration of work can be normalized physiologically by means of suggested principle, which is worthy to be applied in various industries.
