Title: Thoracic aortic dissection with renal artery involvement following blunt thoracic trauma: case report. Author: Gates JD, Clair DG, Hechtman DH. Journal: J Trauma; 1994 Mar; 36(3):430-2. PubMed ID: 8145334. Abstract: Blunt thoracic aortic injury most often occurs beyond the left subclavian artery with subsequent transection and exsanguination.
