Title: [Principles for the conservative treatment of obliterating arterial diseases of the lower extremities in outpatient practice]. Author: Koshkin VM, Khaev SKh. Journal: Ter Arkh; 1994; 66(1):65-7. PubMed ID: 8146802. Abstract: Approaches to the treatment of patients suffering from chronic obliterating diseases of lower limb arteries under ambulant conditions are discussed. The authors hold that the given trend is most important for the attainment of long-term results including those after surgical interventions on vessels. The main cause of insufficiently effective medical aid rendered to such patients consists, in the authors' opinion, in the lack of trained internists specialized in angiology. The results of ambulant treatment of patients with chronic obliterating arteriopathies are provided.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
