Abstract: Features of leprechaunism, including low-birth weight, a grotesque elfin face with clubbed nose, hirsutism, large low-set ears, enlarge external genitalia, distended abdomen with emaciated extremities, and growth and motor retardation were present in a 3-month-old girl.
