Abstract: Twenty-one cases of fractures of nasofrontoethmoidorbital complex were reported. Clinical features were: 1. Deformity of nasal root (100%), including widening of intercanthal distances (71%) and sharpening of nasofrontal angle (28%). 2. Epistaxis (100%). 3. Visual disturbances (62%). 4. Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea (33%). 5. Enophthalmos (23%). 6. Facial paralysis (14%).
