Abstract: A Japanese case of bilateral extracranial internal carotid artery aneurysms is presented. The main symptom was transient cerebral ischemic attack (TIA) of the right side. An aneurysmectomy and autogenous saphenous venous interposition of the left internal carotid artery were performed.
