Title: Acute pyloric perforation after prolonged crack smoking. Author: Cheng CL, Svesko V. Journal: Ann Emerg Med; 1994 Jan; 23(1):126-8. PubMed ID: 8273944. Abstract: A 28-year-old homosexual man, previously healthy, presented with an acute abdomen on the fifth day of his crack binge. Abdominal free air was demonstrated by radiographic studies. Exploratory laparotomy discovered a clean, ulcer-free, pyloric perforation.
