Abstract: A markedly symptomatic patient with tetralogy of Fallot and absent pulmonary valve underwent operation at 40 days after birth. The baby had severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency at neonatal period and needed surgical intervention. The operation is consisted of patch closure of ventricular septal defect, partial resection of dilated pulmonary artery, and right ventricular outflow reconstruction with unicusped prosthetic patch.
