Title: [Measurement of the obstetrical pelvis by tomodensitometry (110 cases)]. Author: Daghfous MH, Chechia A, Sfar E, Khaled A, Jouini S, Chelli H, Ben Jaafar M. Journal: Tunis Med; 1993 Nov; 71(11):517-21. PubMed ID: 8310543. This method is more precisely than the classic pelvimetry, but more expansive. The simultaneous study of echography and pelvimetry had contributed to a better obstetrical decision.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
