    Abstract:
    The nasal haemangiomas are a very rare cause of epistaxis and nasal obstruction. We report a case of capillary haemangioma with the appearance of a large pedunculated nasal polyp, which was located in the middle area of the right nasal cavity's roof. We also report the clinical and histopathological findings, the differential diagnosis and the therapeutic approach of these benign angiomatous tumors.
