Abstract: A 37-year-old female with anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery was surgically treated by creation of intrapulmonary aorto-coronary tunnel. Postoperative cardiac catheterization showed a minimal pulmonary stenosis at the baffle.
