Abstract: To diminish the frequency of postoperative pulmonary complications following gastric resection and stay in hospital, a complex of preventive and therapeutic measures has been designed and tested in 165 patients. The complex involves early exercise, aerosol therapy, vibratory massage, heparin electrophoresis of the chest.
