Title: Repair of aortic transection associated with ductal diverticular aneurysm. Author: McKeown PP, Conant PA. Journal: J Pediatr Surg; 1995 Sep; 30(9):1351-3. PubMed ID: 8523243. Abstract: A 14-year-old girl involved in a motor vehicle accident sustained an acute traumatic aortic transection at the site of a congenital ductal diverticular aneurysm. Diagnosis, management, and pathophysiology of both lesions are discussed.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
