    Abstract:
    The pedicled, extended serratus anterior musculocutaneous flap has been used as a pedicled flap for cervical contracture repair. This flap has a long vascular pedicle, texture and color like those of the cervical surface, and appropriate thickness. This article describes the anatomy of the flap and typical cases.
