Abstract: Acinar cell carcinoma of the pancreas is a rare tumor of the exocrine pancreas that may be associated with a characteristic syndrome of disseminated fat necrosis with a bad prognosis. We report a case of this tumor occurring in a 63 year-old man who presented with polyarthralgia and panniculitis of the legs.
