Abstract: A study made of the external respiration function and pulmonary hemodynamics in 43 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases by fluorography and tomography disclosed highly significant signs of impairement of the external respiration function and pulmonary hemodynamics at early stages in the course of these conditions' development.
