Abstract: Chemotherapy-induced acral erythema is a peculiar localized cutaneous response to several chemotherapeutic agents, mostly antimetabolites. Taxol is a recently developed antineoplastic drug that acts on the mitotic spindle and does not interfere with nucleic acid synthesis.
