    Abstract:
    By molecular genetic screening of porcine DNA, including direct detection of point mutation, Kemerovskaya and Skorospelaya meat breeds were shown to be virtually free of the genetic load of the mutation causing porcine stress syndrome. Peculiarities in dynamics of the mutant allele and genotype frequencies of the RYR1 locus were revealed.
