    Abstract:
    Surgery has continuously improved the prognosis of malignant melanoma but not in case of metastases. Widespread metastases are only accessible to palliative chemotherapy. This paper deals with therapy by Dacarbazin in 19 patients suffering from metastazising malignant melanoma. Dacarbazin increases our limited feasibilities in treating advanced malignant melanoma.
