    Abstract:
    On 40 patients ranging between ages 6 to 45 with allergic perennial rhinitis, making sure they were not taking any type of medication and had never taken any hyposensitization therapy. A nasal cytology was practiced on them with a cotton swab applicator in one nose and at the same time with a Conn spoon in the other nasal vault, we obtained a higher count of eosinophils with the second method (p 0.0001).
