Title: Effects of Chinese medicine zhenxianling in 239 cases of epilepsy. Author: Wang T. Journal: J Tradit Chin Med; 1996 Jun; 16(2):94-7. PubMed ID: 9389131. Abstract: Oral and external (on the umbilicus) application of Chinese medicine Zhenxianling (an anti-epileptic agent) to a series of 239 cases of epilepsy of various types obtained a total effective rate of 95.4%. Moreover, an effective rate of 97.2% was achieved in grand mal epilepsy. All cases in this series were treated for 6 months to 2 years, and followed up for 6 months to 3 years. This agent is recommendable for it being prepared exclusively with Chinese medicine, convenient in use without side-effects.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
