Title: Smoking cessation interventions in nursing practice. Author: Wewers ME, Ahijevych KL, Sarna L. Journal: Nurs Clin North Am; 1998 Mar; 33(1):61-74. PubMed ID: 9478906. Abstract: Smoking cessation treatment by nurses in clinical practice significantly increases the number of smokers who are able to successfully quit the behavior. Attention is given to cessation techniques in special populations, including youth.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
