Title: Saphenous vein graft pseudoaneurysm rupture after coronary artery bypass grafting. Author: Mohara J, Konishi H, Kato M, Misawa Y, Kamisawa O, Fuse K. Journal: Ann Thorac Surg; 1998 Mar; 65(3):831-2. PubMed ID: 9527226. Abstract: An elderly woman underwent coronary artery bypass grafting, which was followed 1 month later by pseudoaneurysmal rupture at the distal anastomosis of a saphenous vein graft. Emergency repair of the suture line dehiscence was made, and the postoperative course was uneventful.
