RESULTS: 60% of the examinees carried chronic HBV, HCV, HDV infection. The activity of chronic inflammation of hepatic parenchyma was associated with biological phase of the viral infection development. The degree of hepatic parenchyma morphological changes was unrelated to the virus type. (HBV, HCV, HDV).
