Abstract: Four years after unexplained left eye visual loss and 15 days after surgical procedure on the other eye, a 93-year-old female developed a pigmented left conjunctival lesion. Ultrasound examination demonstrated this lesion to be in fact an extraocular extension of uveal melanoma.
