Journal: Eksp Klin Farmakol; 1998; 61(2):57-9. PubMed ID: 9621178. Abstract: Detailed preclinical study of the safety of the new antiviral agent iodantipyrine was conducted. In LD50 parameters it was found to be related to moderately toxic drugs. Long-term administration in doses of 50, 100, and 250 mg/kg did not cause any essential functional and structural disorders in the organs and systems of rats and dogs.
