Title: Evaluation of tobramycin in severe urinary tract infection. Author: Bennet AH. Journal: J Infect Dis; 1976 Aug; 134 Suppl():S156-7. PubMed ID: 972285. Abstract: Twenty-five patients with severe urinary tract infections were treated with 3 mg of tobramycin/kg per day (given in two doses).
