Abstract: Becker's nevus is an uncommon pigmented smooth muscle hamartoma that develops during adolescence and occurs primarily in young men. The nevus is characterized by hypertrichosis and hyperpigmentation and is usually located unilaterally over the shoulder, upper arm, and scapula.
