    Abstract:
    The laryngeal papilloma is very doubtful disease in children. The unknown etiology cause that there wasn't complete radical method in the treatment of laryngeal papilloma. Authors presented a case of 11 years old girl with recurrent laryngeal papilloma, who was treated twice with laser microsurgery without successful results. The 6 months application of interferon alfa after third laser microsurgery resulted in more than one year of remission of the disease.
