Abstract: Spontaneous spinal epidural haematoma is rare. A case of haemophilia-B presenting with cervical spinal cord compression due to epidural haematoma, is reported. This is the second case in literature, to our knowledge, of intraspinal epidural haematoma in a patient with haemophilia-B.
