Abstract: Carcinoid tumors of the rectum comprise only about one per cent of all anorectal neoplasms. Typically, rectal carcinoids present as small, solitary submucosal nodules. Multicentricity is rare. A patient is presented with the finding of four discrete rectal carcinoids. The clinical presentation, treatment options, and results are discussed.
