Title: [Unusial oraparallel changes in the retinal periphery (author's transl)]. Author: Tillmann W. Journal: Klin Monbl Augenheilkd; 1976 Jun; 168(6):837-40. PubMed ID: 994389. Abstract: 6 patients (8 eyes) showed peripheral oraparallel changes, that differ ophthalmoscopically from lattice degeneration: Smaller and mostly depigmented, they have a longer circular extension without palisades. The lower temporal quadrant was mainly concerned. Probably the unusual retinal changes are a variation of the pigmentary epithelium without a tendency to form a retinal detachment.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
